Net Rate Program

  • Opt out of commission and receive a net rate discount instead.

  • Enjoy a 10% discount on individual room bookings (1–8 rooms).

  • Or receive a 20% discount when booking the full property.

  • You may mark up the rate for your own earnings or pass the savings directly to your clients.

  • Work with us to create a fully customized itinerary for your clients.

  • Packages can include:

    • Luxury accommodations at Franziska Haus

    • Curated wine tasting experiences tailored to guest preferences
